Absolutely amazing hotel.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel, nice and courteous staff, and really comfortable beds. The only thing that was bad was there was a small child running around, yelling, and slamming doors next door but hotel wasnt at fault.

Everything was great as always, except the check in associate was so flat, no hello, no welcome, no how can I help you—we walked in and we approached the desk and gave our reservation name and she may have spoken three words to us. We had a problem with the temperature of the bathroom water being too hot and no cold water. The manager said 2 other rooms had the same problem and they had a plumber working on it. They moved us to another room. Problem solved?
