We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back

Lovely hotel next to theme park. We stayed in deluxe room very good size for family of 4 huge balcony free bottled water every day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area. Only downside no shop Nearby and 10 minute taxi to any restaurants or nightlife. Great value for money with unlimited theme park water park and sealife park tickets included. Would stay again

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Our stay was amazing and perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally diverse and offering a wide array of options that catered to all tastes and preferences. However, dining within the hotel during the evening was somewhat of a letdown. It appears that during the high season, the hotel reduces its staff, which is not a wise decision if they aim to encourage guests to dine on-site. This staffing issue led to slower service, wrong order and a less enjoyable dining experience overall. The noise from the hallway could be heard within our room, which occasionally disrupted rest we were hoping for. The bed was quite firm/old, and the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. Despite these drawbacks, our overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even more exceptional stay for its guests.

Fantastic hotel & a great location for seeing the beaches, towns & the interior of that area. From the moment we were greeted by the gatehouse team, to the reception, catering & cleaner staff, they were all great ambassadors for the company. Apart from one luke warm bar meal and an influx female under 19 football teams who were noisy at times, I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel. PS double check what you have booked in terms of a Mountain or Sea view.

Excellent hotel!

This is the second time we visit grand Luxor and we are so thrilled with this accomdation. We staid in the 4 bed superior room and the balcony is high. Spotlessly clean amazing facilities and travelling with kids you won’t get bored as terra mitica and aqualandia will give you great value for money at a his hotel. Rooms are beautiful. We have been to 5 stars hotels that was less in terms of standard. A returning customer and I’m sure we will be back again!

Only disappointment was with Expedia … We booked an ocean view room but were given a Mountain View … spoke to an agent who was no use at saying we’d booked a Mountain View . We had no confirmation from Expedia that we had a Mountain View or I would have contacted before the holiday.
