Parking is limited and managed by Ringo. Has to be renewed daily since maximum duration allowed is only 23hrs. Several cars parked on double reds outside the hotel due to lack of parking space risking fines.

Plus.. easy to drive to, great onsite parking and location for tube. Family room clearly booked for 3 was only made up with 2 beds. Very quick to move to alt room but should have been done ready anyway. Shower didn’t drain and carpet already wet from previous occupant. Bitten in leg twice. Breakfast was chaos. Ran out of milk. Servers were promising replacement forks, clothes to dope spill but nothing appeared and had to sort ourselves.
