The place is at the base floor of the airport, it is quiet and with easy access to rest room with 3min walk by escalator. The staff was there waiting for me to check in and count my time at check in. The Boxtel is easy to access and great to catch a couple hours of sleep in a comfortable bed. The biggest drawback to Boxtel at Suvarnabhumi airport is the distance to the nearest bathrooms. Other than that the Boxtel is a convient place to sleep for a couple of hours. No food served or allowed in the rooms.
