Great quality, excellent stay

Great quality for the price. AC was running and room already nice and cool when I arrived. They offer rags to use during your stay so you don't stain the towels, and honestly how come nobody else does this!? Great ide

Lamplighter Lodge is a great place to stop for the night! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were even upgraded to a room with a separate bedroom, which was really nice. The bathrooms are so cool!

Decent Place for a Decent Price

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small but worked and the water was very hot. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Property was sooper clean, even dog area was clean with chairs to sit and watch your pups. Room was very nice, king bed was comfy and shower was hot. You can tell this is an older property but very well maintained. It was perfect for us!
Wendy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is an older inn, the bathroom is a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable, I had a queen bed room and the bed was wonderfully soft. If you’re visiting Bryce Canyon this is a great place to spend the night. The man running it was very kind and understanding when I had trouble with my room keys which made me feel much better. The rooms are dog friendly with an area in the back for your dog to stretch their legs and do their business (supervised, of course) there was also a grill and picnic tables which I didn’t use, but I assume they are meant for guests. My only complaint was the light, the walkway is very well lit but it made it a bit difficult for me to sleep even with the blinds closed.
G., 2-night trip

The bed was very comfortable & I didn’t hear other guests in their rooms. I would recommend this place to single vacationer.
Sherry, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Didn't live up to previous ratings.

Very small room, with no heat initially, but clean. Manager was a bit abrupt. He brought us a portable heater which short-circuited the TV and lights. He then fixed the heating control and it was OK for the rest of the night, but why couldn't that have been in place before we got there? We won't be back.
1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Probanly 60 years old. Crushed ice in a 30 gallon metal container with a side door we lift up to open... and a metal hand scoop, that everyone handles or coughs on with the ice exposed. No A/C, old fashion thermostat, small wall heater, dirty dusty pet area, no full time office staff, and 12 rooms total. Sorry, not for me, but ok and reasonably priced for out of town construction type workers.
Larry, 1-night trip

This was our third stay at Lamplighter. We love it and very much prefer it over the hotel chains. The owner is incredibly nice.
