Staff were amazing and very helpful especially since I really don’t speak Portuguese they tired speaking in English for me. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is perfect. Room and bathroom clean. I will definitely go back here

Hotel confortável e simples.

O Hotel é confortável. O quarto é grande e a limpeza foi feita todos os dias. O chuveiro do banheiro saia pouquíssima água. Uma boa limpeza, ou troca já resolve. O colchão tem molas/ bastante"fofo" . Acredito que para uma pessoa obesa ou com problemas na coluna não será bom. O café da manhã é muito simples. As mesmas coisas todos os dias. Pão, ovos, cuscuz, bolo, presunto e queijo. As frutas ainda estavam verdes e no último dia a mussarela que havia sido servida não estava boa, logo depois questionei a funcionária e ela fez a troca. A localização é excelente. Próxima a farmácia, restaurante, supermercado e praia.

Cheguei na terça feira de Carnaval (05/03) por volta das 19:00. Assinei que não eram responsaveis por nada que sumisse no quarto (um sinal terrível) e assim foi. Cheguei no quarto e uma das primeiras coisa que fiz foi tirar meu boné original da NY para desamassar. Molhei um pouco com o vapor do chuveiro e coloquei em cima da escrevaninha para que voltasse sua forma. Na quarta de manhã e fui passear e para minha surpresa: Cadê o boné??? Justo ele que eu tirei da mala para desamassar?? Não preciso nem dizer que eu desci na portaria, reclamei e nada pois quando entrei fui informada que não se responsabilizam.Um boné pode ser uma besteira? Pode, mas fica a reflexão se pode confiar em um lugar assim...

Estadia Média para o que propõe.

Hotel bem médio. Felizmente fui para ficar 1 diária. Pontos Negativos: 1. O quarto era para 3 pessoas só deixaram um Sabonete e 1 shampoo no banheiro 2. Estacionamento fica um tanto distante, quando não tem vaga em frente ao hotel, ou seja, se quiser estacionar perto do hotel, o carro fica no meio da rua. 3. Café da manhã fraco, sem variedade, bem simples mesmo, não é buffet, isso até vai, mas o atendimento é o pior, pedi uma coisa simples a funcionária, gelo, pois tinha acabado, ela me ignorou, não só a mim, mas outros hospedes que se dirigiam a ela. Estranho mesmo.. Pontos positivos 1. Pessoal da recepção ágeis e práticos na prestação do serviço 2. Quarto até espaçoso 3. Localização excelente 4. Não tive nenhum outro problema Pelo valor e Localização vale a pena se hospedar, isso se a estadia for rápida.
