My stay was excellent! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist by the name of Monique, her warm smile and attitude was very much welcoming and contagious. This was a wonderful stay and the staff was excellent. I did had an issue with my first room. , but they were on it to make sure we were satisfied. The elevator rug was dirt but look as if it needed to be replaced. I would recommend if there is no smoking in the rooms that there should not be smoking on the premises. Smokers do tend to bring the air of smoke into the rooms. Plus, smoking should not be in the front of the lobby where guest are coming in to stay as most people who are coming are nonsmokers. The carpet over needs replacement. I would stay here again. But just some tweaks would give this place even more five stars.
