Beautiful property surrounded by nature. Since the minute you walk in the hotel you can see all kind of beautiful plants flowers trees original from the region. The service was excellent all the staff welling to help to accommodate your needs. The food and drinks were excellent. We stayed in suite with private pool and ti was better than the pictures. Very confortable beds and spacious rooms, we loved every detail in this suite, the private pool and the fireplace were a plus for our stay, Definitely we will back to this place.

Very good situated and clean. However i did receive some bug bites that they quickly took care of. I did book this hotel again and stayed without any issues!

It was nice to be able to enjoy the eco-friendly facilities and hot springs. I think it would be good to analyze and display the ingredient list contained in water.

Family Stay

The hotel facilities are nice and modern. However, the rooms were too dark and the bathroom was not clean. There were hairs and dead insects in the shower. The change rooms and showers near the thermal pools were also very poor. Only one shower was available, which was dirty with no hot water. There was also nowhere to hang or place a towel while showering. This made it extra difficult for us as we visited with our 4 year-old child. The service and food/drinks at the restaurant was good.

I did like the place very peaceful and beautiful but the service was okey and the food was way overpriced for the quality. But the pools are amazing

Front desk agent was rude, majority of the hotel was under construction, and the WiFi did not work. The hot springs however were great.

Expedia service was excellent. Hotel area is nice! Recepción check in took an hour! Towel service is a nightmare. No hand towels. Client services at pools and restaurants is poor. Pricing at restaurants misleading. Such potential but needs better administration for the prices they charged!

Underwhelming and disappointing

Looked really great but once there things changed a bit. The signage for the hotel is not lighted at night, so a bit hard to find. After checking in, the room looked great until we noticed there are no amenities. They only provide 2 bath towels that you also use for the pool and thermal pools. You can ask for more towels, but you have to switch them out. There are no hand towels or face towels or bath robes of any kind. There’s also no drinking water provided. You have to go to the lobby to get drinking water. In the shower, the blinds were all rusted and moldy. The thermal pools were nice and the food was decent. But the hotel wasn’t worth the amount we paid. This place could be so much better. I wouldn’t go again.

Property and the facilities are good. But the waiting time to check inn or out are terrible. Check inn time starts at 4pm, I got to the property at 6pm and had to wait about 15 minutes before they attended me just to hear that my room was not yet ready. To get clean towels you basically have to beg the front desk agents. Check out was a real nightmare. Waiting line to check out was terrible.

8/10 Very good

The place was beautiful, super relaxing and pools were very clean. We stayed at one of the villas and was beautiful, clean and the service to the villas was great as we did order a few times to try the service and enjoy our private pool. I gave 4 stars to the service only because the restaurant can use some help, and improvement since the service at the restaurant was ok. We had a dirty glass With lipstick on, had to call our waitress to Come take our drinks order and… while ordering we wanted an appetizer mentioned to the waitress that it was to share and when they brought it, it was a soup! on the description said something alone the lines of corn, avocado, tomato and chips… waitress did not mentioned or advise even though we said as an appetizer to share 😓 next day we went for breakfast and most tables were busy while some tables were not being use but were wet and if the hotel is full why not have all tables ready? Some tables had reserved on them and while asking a waitress to please wiped down a table so we could have breakfast they were talking and said they had to remove the reserved on the tables cause they were not going to be used anymore. So we took the reserved table, instead of waiting on one of the wet ones to be wiped down. Lastly, I wish the had a robe in the room or some kind of robe service… Those would be amazing when coming out from the water 😊

Location of the hotel, room and the thermal baths were the features to highlight. We got the biggest suite which was huge and we had our own thermal pool. We had a fireplace and plenty of wood (staff takes care of that). Communication with the front desk and restaurant was only via WhatsApp which was non-efficient. Front desk staff was helpful and they took care of our requests (fireplace, heating). The poorest service was the from the restaurant. Room services typically got the wrong order, took a long time and was not very responsive. They seem to be short staffed. Food was less than average and they didn’t have available many items on their menu (to me the best plates - at least in paper). They should improve their wine list. Finally, not the best hotel for small kids as it has not amenities. Maybe a good option for couples and not more than one night stay.
Alejandro, 4-night trip

Not too impressed!

The installation was really nice, however the termales (hot springs) were not hot at all - of the the 6-7 semi private pools only two were truly hot. The staff was friendly but the service was horrendous. The servers would see you enter the dinning room and it would still take them 15-20 min to come to welcome you. Don’t get me wrong they were friendly, but completely understaffed. We waited for a coke for about 20min! We were there one night and asked for a robe - they did not have any available two days in a row. For gods sake you are in the middle of the woods at a high altitude and it’s not fun coming out of the pool wet with that temperature - maybe warn guest to BYOR?!? Lastly, the hotel needs up-keeping - the rooms numbers are missing digits, the faucet is nearly outside the sink (Rm 105) and when you turn open the water it falls all over the counter and onto the floor. The only plus was the bed - very confortable.

Unfortunately a disaster!

Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice! However: We booked a "Luxury"-room... - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed - the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay - there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature) - the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you get and usual Colombian prices - during check-in, the room keys and taxes were programmed/charged for one night, even though we had a reservation for two nights. This resulted in another rather unexpected charge in taxes during check out and an additional visit at the reception for reprogramming the keys during the stay -the TV-remote battery needed to be replaced. It took three visits at the reception and a five hour wait until it was replaced - there is a good selection for breakfast. However, even the hot dishes are quite cold and unfortunately the food quality lacked - Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel concerned my reservation and they were not able to reach the hotel by phone or email for several days - the restaurant does only have digital menus. Make sure you have your phone with you Few of these points are definitely not that bad.. However, they add to the overall "experience" and show the level of detail given to the customer experience. Profit over Quality!

We loved all the pools and their surroundings. The areas around them were clean, provided sufficient chairs and tables to accommodate the number of people each pool can receive. The entire site with the pools, cabanas, main complex and the newer buildings is exquisite. Our ´Luxury’ room was a disappointment. The Block C where it was located is obviously not complete; the hallways dirty, the room was new but lacked furniture. The bathroom is poorly designed, with light switches located behind the door, room to hang only 1 towel (for a place where people spend a good portion of their time in or around water!) our toilet seat was loose and on the first morning the toilet paper holder came off the wall. We wrote to reception about it but got nothing fixed after 3 nights there. No tissues provided and no face clothes provided. We had to chase people to get fresh towels or hand in the wet ones from the pools. There is framework for other conveniences in the room, like for a small fridge, but there was none. The closet only had 2 hangers. No iron nor ironing board. The soundproofing of the room is overrated. On the 2 morning of our stay, at 8:30 am the breakfast buffet had empty pans for scrambled eggs, empanadas and we were told there was no more although breakfast was on until 10am. Generally the food in the restaurant was average at best. The service was good however, except for one overzealous server on our first night. Greeting at reception was luke warm at best and insu
