Very nice and clean, beds are comfortable. The restaurant Argentina Cafe has the best food and Samantha the server is super nice and friendly. This hotel is my favorite place to stay at, have been there multiple times.

El lugar fue maravilloso un espacio agradable y tranquilo el servicio fue muy amable además el hotel tiene donde estacionarse y su propio restaurant de verdad lo tiene todo y por la ubicación puedes llegar a casi cualquier lugar caminando lo único que siento que la hora de salida fue muy temprano a las 11am pero de ahí en fuera mi estadía fue de ensueño

Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. Restaurant's food is tasty as well. Our room was not ready at 3 even when we checked in with staff at noon. However, they worked on getting it ready after 3:15 when we returned to check if the room was ready. The restaurant closes at 10:30 and they play music that can be heard by those sleeping. When the door for the parking lot is closed, it makes a lot of noise and wakes you up. It is a good place to stay if you are able to sleep through the noise that stops aroung midnight.

Great hotel for Tonala shopping trip

Great hotel within walking distance to Tonala shopping area. They offer secure stalls where you have your purchases delivered to so you don’t have to lug your items with you. Restaurant is good. Rooms are not fancy but they are clean. Secure car parking.

It was very clean. It smelled great. I fell asleep right away and didn't worry about anything. All it needed was a bottle of water and some tissue paper for my nose.

It was relatively quiet. The staff were excellent, and highly responsive. The room was clean, and the bathroom had hot water. Several guests had dogs, so that is good if you are bringing a pet. I was a little surprised that the air-conditioning wouldn't turn on.

Everything was excellent except for restaurant staff and food, not good! Girls seemed very confused, slow, got orders wrong and not very friendly! The rest of our stay was excellent and definitely will be back. 👍

This lovely spanish style hotel is very clean, the staff very polite and accommodating. I had expected a hair dryer- the room didn't have one, but the desk provided a very nice one with a deposit of 100 pesos. Bath gel is provided, but shampoo and conditioner are not (I always bring my own). The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Hotel Wifi is awful - my husband spoke to the staff and they sent someone up to connect us to their high speed internet and it was fantastic. The area looks a bit sketchy (lots of graffiti), but we felt safe wandering around enjoying the shopping nearby.
