Um determinado momento, pedi um uber para sair e simplesmente o recepcionista tinha largado o posto e trancado a porta, tive q esperar uns bons 10 min pra sair e pegar o uber q ja estava impaciente pela minha demora q eu nao tive culpa. O hotel é bem localizado, permitindo acesso a pé a vários pontos turísticos do centro de Belo Horizonte. O atendimento também foi satisfatório; os funcionários foram muito prestativos, em especial o Leonardo. Fiquei em um quarto individual, simples, mas que atendeu às expectativas. No entanto, o controle remoto da TV não funcionava, e a imagem apresentava baixa qualidade. A porta do banheiro não fechava completamente, o que, por eu estar sozinho, não chegou a ser um problema. Além disso, o chuveiro nem sempre esquentava adequadamente. A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa, especialmente em relação às toalhas e à roupa de cama. A rua onde o hotel está localizado é bastante barulhenta, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Há também uma grande quantidade de pessoas em situação de rua na região. O café da manhã oferece poucas opções, mas é bom. De modo geral, minha experiência foi razoável.
