My Houston stay 4-15-2025

We like to stay here. It has recently switched to the Kozy North Houston. We were a little disappointed that they did not have the full kitchen breakfast up and bar running yet. The staff was super helpful with our reservation, ( Especially Bernice). We parked our work truck with tools in the parking lot in the back and felt very safe with our tools. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well. It is real easy and off I-35 so this is a great place to stay in North Houston.

I cked in and the room they gave me was next door to a room with a adjoining door. That room 404 had 2 dogs in it they were barking at us in our room 402. I had them move us to a different room.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I am on a budget with my business travel so I try to save. It is a Hilton Garden Inn that has been purchased by Kozy I am assuming. It did not disappoint. Very clean … I carry my Clorox wipes with me… NOT a speck of dirt. Bed was super comfortable, sheets soft, AC cold, QUIET, soft and plentiful towels, and a pleasant scent. The area surrounding the hotel are other hotels, and a Strip center with stores. There was no noise from Freeway. Front desk staff was awesome, friendly and helpful!

It was very confusing about the transition from Hilton to Kozy. The website was confusing. I called the direct number to the site and i was put on hold for 10 minutes the first call and I hung up. I called back and was on hold for 5 minutes and they answered.

Horrible just horrible people for disabled travele

I have never experienced so much harassment in my life. I come here for MD Anderson for a rare cancer and have a service dog. I was told I had to pay a $200 pet fee you do not get back so I showed my letters and everything for him and the man said I had to fill out a pet policy document. I told the man he is not a pet and this is actually not legal to make me fill out. I guess they do not follow ADA law. I was harassed to the point I just left since then he started asking who the dog is for etc. after I even showed it was for me.
