Cheap but not very nice

Hotel is a quite old and a bit worn out, and is situated in a horrible part of London. The staff were fine and the rooms were reasonably clean but very basic. The communal areas were scruffy. Very cheap so can't complain about that aspect, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Basic, but did the job!

We booked 2 rooms as we travelled as a family of 5. While the accommodation did the job for one night, the shower area hadn’t been cleaned and the lift outside our room was very noisey. Staff were pleasant and the car park was a bonus. Although we had checked out and been out, when we returned to the hotel car park my son needed the toilet before a long car journey home and was told he couldn’t use the facilities!
