We stayed in family suite for 7 days. Our stay was excellent. Air condition was working perfect and nice ocean view. At night sailing club had event but noise was not much to bother my sleep. Location is not quite central so that we walked night market for shopping since it is too close to take taxis as well. My complain is that not enough beach chairs for guests so we ended up pay for chairs.

Short walking distance to one of the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang, to the night market, and to the tons of restaurants makes the hotel is the best of the bests. On top of that, staff are so awesome. Anne and her team always greet us with smiles, friendliness and kindness. We will definitely stay at the Starcity again!

My family and I stayed at Starcity Beachfront NT for 4 nights. Since the booking confirmed, we have received great care and communication from FO team, especially Annie. The hotel is clean and has a high standard of a five star accommodation with excellent facilities. We experienced warm and lovely hospitality from every single staff we encountered from FO to F&B, chef, housekeeping and the technician. The highlights of the stay are many, here are fews: perfect location, the early checkin, late checkout and delicious vegetarian dishes every day for breakfast. My family and I really appreciate the support and care from the team to ensure our stay is memorable and enjoyable as much as possible. Highly recommended and we will surely stay here again next time we are in town. Cheers!

Annie at reception, as well as all other staff around reception were amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed an extra night as they were so nice and accommodating. The rooms are lovely. The views are amazing. If there was a balcony I would have stayed longer. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. In a country where delicious tropical fruit surrounds you, the selection was limited. More options of cereal and even an option of poached eggs would make a lot of guests happier.

The room and view is nice but the bed spring is hard and make noise when I turned. They didn’t clean the side of bathtub, when I showered with curtains closed but the water always leak out and i need to clean the floor. At the end i need to sit down and shower. The buffet breakfast is whatever, i can eat only rice and fried eggs. A lots of tour in the hotel and very noisy at breakfast. Area has a lots of things going on.

Three days' vacation in Nha Trang and stay at Starcity Hotel & condotel goes by fast. We enjoy being at this hotel very much. It's clean, and quiet, with good service, warm welcome check-in, and free parking, the buffet breakfast is acceptable. The only minus is that the Wi-Fi at the hotel runs at the same speed as a turtle.

Fantastic customer service, a great hotel experience overall and arguably the best location you could ask for. “Annie” contacted me via WhatsApp before checking in to open a dialogue, and was all too happy to help with anything she could throughout my stay. The hotel arranged airport pick up driver was not visible upon arrival, but was easily fixed because I had a direct connection to the hotel. Excellent overall value, and the buffet breakfast was above average. The only real negative was the grotty condition of the swimming pool and the gym that was unusable. I would not hesitate returning to Starcity. Thanks team!
