Where do i start? I was double charged and now it's day 5 with no resolution, i still don't have my money back or a call or an explanation. If that's not enough, I did not like anything, the bed was dirty, the doona was dirty, the mattress was super old and soft, the bathroom was very old and had unused soap fixtures, the room was not serviced at all even after going to reception to request a clean. Will never ever stay there again.
