I enjoyed my stay at Navona Central Suites. The hotel is situated centrally in the old historic part of Rome and has an authentic feel. But what I appreciated the most was the incredibly helpful staffers, both of the ones I met helped and assisted me with every little question I had. Kudos to the two girls

Excellent location, beautiful building.

Frederica was a wonderful host during our stay. She was always friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was very nice. The weather was great and it was nice to have the big windows open to fresh air and the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fantastic. Lots of great places within walking distance and lots of amazing restaurants. The building that the hotel is in is gorgeous. I would absolutely stay here again.

The neighborhood in Rome surrounding this hotel is great for clothes shopping. It is well positioned away from the busy tourist areas but still has easy access to the beat spots in Rome. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The bathroom could use a better shower but the bathtub is nice.

Fantastic stay in Rome

It is an absolute gem. An amazing room, fanatastic facillities. Elina receptionist was outstanding. She was so helpful . It is in a great location and we would have loved to have stayed more than one night Bed so comfy, coffee machine snacks available, wine . We had a sauna and spa bath. Fabulous.would totally recommend.

Excellent location, room and service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and polite. Each day they would ask us exactly what we wanted for breakfast, since it was delivered to the the room, and which time we wanted it. Every day we came down they greeted us friendly and asked what we wanted to do, and gave good tips about what to do in Rome, where to eat, which places to see. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location is excellent as it is very close to Piazza Navona. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time.

The location is perfekt. It is walking distance to everything. This is a hotel inside an appartement building. Good to know when you arrive, just go to the door and Navona Suites is labelled on one of the buzzers. Works perfect with a link to open doors when you have checked in. We really liked this consept with staying in a hotel and in the same building as locals. It is a safe and nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops outside. The suite was big, beautiful and clean with sauna and jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. We could choose breakfast from a meny and the breakfast was served in the suite at requested time. The staff was so nice and helpful. We had a late flight back but could leave our luggage in the reception and they ordered taxi for us and even helped us with finding the taxi as the driver had some difficulties picking us up because there was a lot of closed streets that day. We stayed for three nights. We will stay here the next time we visit Rome!

Jacuzzi did not work

The Jacuzzi did not work, waited for over 2 hours did not full up then they Said they fixed it and waited again for 3 hours did not fill up, never got to use it and did not get any compensation but the sauna was good.

How could some one make comments when you get charge withbout bean there. Try to book this hotel but the reservation was made one day before you make the reservation with i got charge before I even bookt it so they would give me my refund because they said that's the policy wich it doesn't make no sense charge for the room without being there so watch when you make your reservation
