Fabulous location

The location of this hotel suited us perfectly - eateries very close, several bars nearby, Bukit Bintang for retail and public transportation is convenient. While the hotel is rated as 5 star, it is a bit tired in parts, but it's quiet and comfortable. Free snacks are served from 3-5 pm each day and happy hour starts at 4pm. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely superb. We had the best time staying in this hotel. The hotel is in great condition and our room was lovely. It has a rooftop pool and bar which is fantastic and it is in the perfect location. The breakfast was all fresh and a great selection. All the staff are super friendly and will do anything to help. They do a free afternoon tea (3 -5) with a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes together with free drinks. I really don’t believe you will find a better hotel to stay in when in KL. If ever we return to KL this is the place we would stay. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel.

Service is good and the security at the doors are very friendly indeed and do an excellent job. Rooms are very nice with bathrooms the highlight. El hotal está ubicado en una zona bien céntrica a dos cuadras de los shopping. Tiene muchas opciones de restaurantes por la misma razón. El hotel tiene una antigüedad de 10 años. Si bien las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas el mantenimiento no es el adecuado. Es una pena porque el hotel es muy lindo. Sin embargo, tiene una hermosa piscina y el desayuno es muy bueno y completo. La atención del personal es excelente.

The staff are all wonderful, very friendly but professional. The rooms were great with everything you would need for a few days in KL. The position is very near public transport which was reliable and quick. Grab works well but the traffic can be very busy. The shopping mall The pavilion was a mere 5 min stroll away and had good eateries, shops & coffee shops in an air conditioned mall. It was the start of the covered walkway to Petronas towers so a pleasant 15 minute stroll. Would definitely recommend if wanting a good 4 star hotel in KL
