Stayed in the building across the street and the shuttle bus came in very handy. We turned down the offer to hear a time share presentation since we were not interested. The property was very well kept and the inside water park gave us plenty to do for a few days. There was lots of shopping had food in the area. Nice stay.

We had a great stay at Wilderness at the Smokies! Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly throughout our visit. The shuttle service between the hotels ran constantly, making it very convenient to get around the property. The pool and water park areas were a lot of fun for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Had a great time. The property was clean and the facilities were nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit. My only complaint was the lodge pools close at 6pm forcing you down to the water park. Also soaky mountain tickets are not included just discounted. However we had enough to do at the resort water parks that was not missed. Highly recommend staying here.
