Absolutely wonderful stay! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, offering us recommendations for sites to visit and dining options along with tips for navigating the city. Amazing property! Service was incredible, everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Bteakfast was perfectly delcious. Location was perfect, its away from all the crazy busy tourist and minutes away from delcious food and beer. I would definitely stay here again. We were given a very warm, friendly and personal welcome when we arrived. The room that we were given (a generous upgrade!) was spacious and well equipped. Everything worked (although the iPhone/iPad docking station was a couple of connection generations out of date....). The location is convenient, close to the centre but not too close to be bothered by constant traffic noise.

Very well situated hotel, not far from Salzburg New Town and gardens, then just across the river to The Old Town. Also not far from the train station. We enjoyed the mix of new and old within the hotel. Aircon being finished soon, so should make for a better summer hotel. A little confused why there is a kettle in the room, as there was no stock of coffee or milk to make anything with? Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
