Quarto limpo e café da manhã bom mas podia melhorar A acústica é péssima pois dava pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, ate mesmo pessoas falando baixo, se mexendo na cama e ate mesmo crianças brincando normalmente sem escândalos dentro do quarto ao lado e no andar de cima. Péssima acústica precisam melhorar isso imediatamente e nao tinha um secador dr cabelo no quarto

A estadia no geral classifico como boa, a localização fica bem distante do centro histórico e restaurantes. Os travesseiros são mto finos, sem altura, não são nada confortáveis. Mas um café simples mas suficiente.

Bom hotel. Equipe super simpática e atenciosa. O quarto não tinha um bom black out e de madrugada ficavam acesas luzes no teto que não permitiam escurecer totalmente o quarto. Também vazava muito o som do apartamento ao lado. Garagem muito aparentada.

Ótimo hotel, funcionários atenciosos, cafe da manhã muito bom. Cama e edredom ótimos, somente o travesseiro muito fino, mas nada demais. Tudo limpo, academia pequena mas funcional, terraço otimo para tomar um vinho e jogar algo. Na descrição colocaram o tempo 3 min para o palacio de cristal, sendo na verdade uns 8/10 minutos, mas nada que estrague a viagem.

Estadia decepcionante. Limpeza do quarto ao chegar deixou a desejar. Marcas de mofo no banheiro e reparos no assento sanitário com silicone com marcas de mofo e cheiro de fossa retornando no banheiro. Pressão do chuveiro muito ruim, quase não saia água. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Não tinha cortinas blackout no quarto, e as paredes são tão finas que se ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado. Não havia ferro de passar disponível, havendo somente serviço pago. Enfim, decepcionante e com certeza não retornarei neste hotel.

A estadia foi excelente, quarto bonito, moderno e aconchegante. Ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários, o café da manhã além de estar incrível, possui uma vista linda. E ainda tem um espaço comum no último andar com uma vista linda. Amei a estadia, voltarei mais vezes. Ah, e pelo hotel estar com todos os quartos ocupados, tinha manobrista, o que eu achei mais atencioso ainda da parte do hotel. Nota 1000.
