Though check in process was mediocre and guest relations had initial arrogancy; overall service was above the regionalquality. Food service and taste was awesome. Staff generally friendly but the only problem in the mentality of this property of German chain they do not really spoil the guests in their holiday.

Fantastischer Club! Sehr leckeres Essen, super Sportkurse und Wahnsinns-Entertainment-Programm. Die Schaumparty war unfassbar lustig und auch die white Party am Strand ein Erlebnis. Aber alles kein Muss, man kann auch einfach relaxen. Die Zimmer könnten etwas renoviert werden und man sollte wissen, dass es keinen Sandstrand, sondern nur Kiesstrand gibt. Aber dafür ist das Wasser glasklar und man kann vom Steg direkt ins Meer springen. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort :)

Anlage ist schön, Zimmer sehr geräumig, Strand mit Kies, sehr sauberes Wasser. Einzig der Service liess zu wünschen übrig: Oftmals waren kein Besteck oder Gläser auf dem Tisch, leere Flaschen wurden nicht automatisch ersetzt, etc. Sonst ein toller Urlaub.

Ich möchte einige Kritikpunkte ansprechen. Die Toilette im Zimmer hatte keine Hygienespülung, obwohl alle anderen Toiletten im Barbereich des Hotels es hatten. Das ist in der Türkei ein NOGO. Was ich bisher nicht verstehen kann, warum in der Zimmerausstattung keine Kaffeemaschine bzw. kein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee/Teesorten vorhanden ist? Aber täglich eine Weinflasche ist im Zimmer vorhanden.. für den Preis was ich für 6 Tage bezahlt habe, ist dieser Urlaub leider nicht so gelaufen. Das Hotel ist extrem teuer, aber bietet keine vollständige Zimmerausstattung, keine Hygienespülung.
