It was a surprise to have such a nice hotel 5’ away from the airport with a fantastic breakfast beginning at 3:30 am . The free shuttle was perfect. It goes 24 hours every 30 minutes to the Airport. Paulo at the reception was excellent . Congrats!

There was no hot water in the shower and little water came out of the actual shower head so it was very difficult to rinse soap off. For a place that put emphasis on eco-friendliness, it seems counterproductive to have a bad shower head and water pressure as it took longer to shower hence more water was wasted. For an expensive hotel, I expected better for my money. Also the provided shampoo and conditioner in the shower is locked. Why have it out if we aren’t allowed to use it. There were no soaps or anything provided for free. Which once again, if it’s this expensive. You have to provide a better quality of stay. They did however not hold back on the paid mini bar and fridge. Anything for money I guess. I gave a complaint and they did not fix the issue. I’d like my money back.
