Beware of the health hazard!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in late and the room they gave us a room where the bathroom was full of black mold. We asked to move to another room and it was worse. It was after midnight so we just closed the door to the bathroom and went to bed. Next day we asked to be moved again and the 3rd room had black mold. The lady at the front desk called someone on the phone and they promised a credit for the next 2 days we had reserved so we could move to another hotel an dhere is is a month later and no credit. I tried to contact the hotel 3 times and hotels.com after and nothing. That whole hotel is infested with black mold and not a safe place to stay. If I could give it zero stars I would. Pictures are from the first room. The other rooms were worse. I don't know how this hotel has good reviews or the stars/rating it does. Websites should review this hotel and drop it if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

¡No pidan el desayuno!

El hotel en general esta muy dañado, pero por el precio aceptable, el personal es muy atento. Lo que si fue una burla, fue el desayuno. Cobran por poner pan bimbo viejo para ponerle mermelada, y yogurt con fruta (y nada más). Un abuso mejor no pongan desayuno.

Pésima experiencia, un hotel que se vende como “boutique” o 4 estrellas y apenas araña las 3, el baño parece de un motel de paso, paredes y espejo manchados, focos que no sirven. El personal de recepción se mostró de mal humor y con actitud negativa. Lo único positivo es la cercanía con la Expo.
