Marvellous Hotel

My wife and me,with our three boys, booked and spend time in two rooms over two days when we arrived to Vietnam. The staff was very welcoming right away. Nancy in the hotel gave us good instruction and booked restaurants for us in the evenings and the management also helped us with a full day trip in Hanoi.We can strongly recommend the hotel. It was marvelous.

Good location to walk around the old quarter. Many shops and eating places are nearby. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They prepared sandwiches for me when I had to leave for the airport early in the morning before their breakfast time. I would choose this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Hanoi in the future.

The staff saw us coming and immediately assisted with our luggage, sat us in the lobby, and brought us tea and warm towels to refresh ourselves while we checked in.
