É um hotel bem localizado, estrutura boa mais antiga, mas não justifica o que encontramos lá. Quarto não estava tão limpo o banheiro estava todo sujo, tinha produtos abertos q foram usados pelo hóspede anterior. O cafe da manha não estava bom e a reposição é péssima, pouquíssima variedade.

Passei uma noite boa, cama confortável. Porém no banheiro ainda tinha sabonete de outros clientes, a roupa de cama estava suja, apenas um edredom e em péssimas condições, minha sorte foi ter levado coberto na mala. O banheiro além do sabonete o box tbm não se encontrava limpo.

Sou deficiente físico e justamente no dia que me hospedei o elevador quebrou e tive que subir quatro vãos de escada de muletas por que o elevador quebrou, no dia de ir embora ninguém me ofereceu ajuda para descer com as bolsas já que o elevador continuava quebrado, o café da manhã foi horrível, quase não tinha nada para tomar o café, nem mesmo xícaras e pratos, muito menos café na garrafa, esperamos um tempão para repor poucas coisas da mesa de café.

Somente boa localização e Equipe esforçada

A localização é boa, porém o hotel carece de estrutura, o Elevador entrou em manutenção durante 3 dias, tenho apenas um elevador. O café da manhã de domingo o salão não comportava todo mundo, a reposição demorava demais. Ficamos esperando mais de meia hora para sentar e nem pão de sal tinha. A televisão de 14 polegadas antiga que so pegava canal analógico que não existe mais, depois de reclamar apareceram com um conversor. Os funcionários da recepção foram atenciosos, mas não tinham o que fazer, somente a moça do CAFE que ao reclamar da demora nos falou que em frente tinha uma padaria, um abusrdo.

Olha,o hotel em si é bom... Cafe da manhã bom.... Porem deixa a desejar na limpeza dos quartos ,tipo foi observado telhas de aranhas no teto,um odor de cigarro muito forte embora tenha avisos de proibido fumar... Outro ponto negativo observado é funcionários revoltado com o trabalho,fazendo comentários indesejáveis... Espero que o Hotel Joalpa use essas dicas, e invista num excelente atendimento associado a limpeza.. Desculpe a fraqueza..
