Nice hotel, horrible service.
For a day in the winter we had booked and paid via Hotels.com no room was reserved for us. Luckily a room was available and we could stay there. No wifi was offered. We asked about the breakfast and were told there would be breakfast for us. In general the person who helped us was quite rude and not very helpful. The next morning we went down but everything was closed and no one was to be found, so we had to find our breakfast elsewhere. Location was great, room was lovely.
