Very pleasant stay

I had a really nice stay. The hotel is located right in the city center and everything is basically within walking distance.The breakfast was very good as well. The only thing worth mentioning is that the rooms have no windows as the hotel is below ground. This means that the room is very dark when the light is off, and it can be a bit confusing in the morning when you are used to waking up to sunlight. Here it stays dark until you turn on the light.

Good value for money and the location is excellent, with an urban deli serving really lush food. However, all the rooms are in the basement, so no windows or natural light. Ventilation isn’t great, and you can hear trains rumbling through the vents. Worth it if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room. They also checked us in early but when we got to the room it hadn't been cleaned yet, so they had to switch us to a different room.

FrÄgade dom i baren om nÄgon kommer snart dÄ dom svarar dom Àr sÀkert pÄ nÄt Àrende. VÀnta yrtligare 10 min. Frukosten har dom Àndrat till superliten frukost/del frÄn förr vilket gjorde det supertrÄngt att ta frukost bland alla gÀster. Restaurangen slarva och en person fick inte sin mat. Baren och restaurangen stÀngde tidigare Àn vad som stod. Vi kunde inte sitta pÄ hotellet och ta ett glas öl vid halv 9 dÄ dom sa de va stÀngt Ä vi fÄr leta nÄt annat stÀlle. Man vill vÀl kunna sitta pÄ sitt hotell och ta nÄgot att dricka pÄ kvÀllen?? Riktigt dÄlig upplevelse denna gÄng faktiskt, blir inte det hÀr hotellet igen..

Jag bodde nyligen pĂ„ det hĂ€r hotellet och tyvĂ€rr levde det inte riktigt upp till förvĂ€ntningarna. Rummet var ganska slitet, med tydliga tecken pĂ„ att det var i behov av en uppfrĂ€schning – repiga möbler, flĂ€ckar pĂ„ mattan och allmĂ€nt trött inredning. En annan mĂ€rklig detalj var att toaletten hade glasdörrar, vilket inte direkt bidrog till nĂ„gon kĂ€nsla av avskildhet. Det kĂ€ndes varken privat eller sĂ€rskilt genomtĂ€nkt, sĂ€rskilt om man inte reser ensam. Det som förvirrade mest var personalhanteringen. Man fick bara vĂ€nda sig till viss personal som tillhörde “hotellavdelningen”, men det fanns ingen tydlig information om vem det var.

Fint hotel med god placering tÊt pÄ alt det vigtige i Stockholm. VÊrelserne er i kÊlderen og uden vinduer, men det fÞles ikke underligt, da der er god udluftning pÄ vÊrelset og pÊn og stilfuld indretning. Godt sted for bÞrn i fht morgenmad og ping pong bord i hÊng ud omrÄde. Lige ved tunnelbanen.
