Amazing Staff.

I was on a scooter because not being able to put any weight on my left leg. The power went out next morning and I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. But hotel employees were very helpful and management made sure I was satisfied even though it wasn’t anything they could have controlled. I’ve always had very good experience staying there.

I felt like I was going to break the lever off when pushing it down. I meant to say something to the staff about this but forgot. Staff was super friendly.
