Stayed here as we were running the Manchester Marathon. Was perfect for what we required.
John, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and very helpful front desk staff

Value for money budget accommodation. The young gentleman on the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. He explained everything well and provided the WiFi password and taxi telephone numbers and helped quickly to get me parked onsite. The road noise was bad with the window opened a small amount

It met the needs. First room was smelly but reception changed it straight away for me. Helped me with my suitcases up. Couldn't find help in the morning when I was coming down. No lift.

Good little hotel

The Imperial isn't a 5 star hotel, but its clean, the staff are friendly, its in a great location, and provides you a great base to go and see/do whatever it is you're doing in Salford or Manchester. With the train station across the road you can get into the city centre, or further out into Greater Manchester. McDonalds for breakfast. Free parking too!

Good value for the money

It is the second tim I stay at this property and I like it. Nice and clean room and nice staff. A short walk from Salford Cresent. Good price.

2/10 Poor

If you like dirty carpets, mouldy bathrooms and a cardboard box to sleep in. This would be the ideal property for you!
Nikesh, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was what you pay for. Nothing special but nothing unbearable. Staff was lovely. Would go again, as it’s so cheap . Not the cleanest but bed was freshly done and that’s all I needed for the weekend
Tyler, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pretty much as expected, bit rough around the edges but clean and comfortable. Walls thin so heard noise from adjoining rooms but noise settled down before I went to sleep. Staff very friendly and welcoming and parking easy and very reasonable.
Michael, 1-night trip

Property with no direct tram connection only a northern line train. The mattresses on the beds were incredibly hard and I have no idea why these were selected. Television didn’t work and the soap dispenser holder was broken. No breakfast on premises but McDonald’s nearby.

The property has just been redecorated. The room was clean, comfy and well equipped. The 2 guys on the desk were lovely, friendly and helpful. My car was safe. Everything about my stay was perfect. Incredible value for money. I was working in central Manchester, which was 30 minute walk. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’d stay again.
victoria, 5-night trip

The smell of the room knocks you back. The guy on the front desk tried to take 40 quid off my son to put the bags in the storeroom for an hour.
stuart, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

This was a last minute booking,it was cheap , man on reception very friendly and showed us to our room, hotel in close vicinity to Salford and transport to Manchester, only half hour walk to Manchester...good sized room, with mezzanine for bed, just needs updating and good clean....only had one cup, was ok for one night, bed really uncomfortable as well as pillows....

I did not stay at the property, the room was dirty, the bed unmade, and there was rubbish on the floor, I vacated and had to find a suitable hotel
Julie, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall it was alright. Just could do a bit better. There were no automatic lights on the stairs Looking from the outside, it looked but scarier. Doesn't look like a hotel
Lourds Clary, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dont stay here!

Toilet leaked. Paint allover everything. Hole in the window. Shower dirty no toilet roll
Mark, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

I would say this hotel is just shy of average. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the smell in hotel and room was awful, I contemplated sleeping in the car. The bathroom looked like it had been update recently and was clean. The room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. Very cheap so I suppose I got what I paid for.
