Met my expectations.
Stayed 2 days here. Staff was very friendly and nice. Not a five star hotel, but we weren’t expecting that. We wanted a quiet place in the forest that was dog friendly and peaceful. that’s what we expected, that’s what we got. Continental breakfast was better than the chain hotels.

Loved our Stay
Over the years traveling between the PNW and California, I’ve passed the Callahan’s Mountain Lodge sign more times than I can count—without realizing just how special this place is. Tucked at the base of Mt. Ashland and right at the crossroads of the Pacific Crest Trail, it’s a location that invites you to slow down. The lodge shows its history in places, but what it offers in charm, warmth, and a true sense of relaxation more than makes up for it. The setting, the people, and the peaceful atmosphere were exactly what we needed ahead of the SOB trail race. A great stay in a one-of-a-kind spot.
