Reasonable price for your vacation

The staff is very nice and helpful! Location is very convenient and very close to the beach, we could walk along the beach and enjoy the fresh air. The price is very reasonable!

Great spot in a primo location!

The staff is very friendly and the check-in was quick. The beds are comfy (not brick-like) and the aircon and WiFi are super strong. It has a great location next to a tasty restaurant, and is a couple of blocks away from the fun (yet loud) Buffalo -not to mention the old church! The beach is over the bridge and in walking distance. Speaking of the bridge, there are great views of the river (sorry if there are no pictures- having issues with the app!). Finally, it is a great value. I’ll be back!

コスパ最高です！

3ヶ所の洞窟ツアーを頼んで、泊まりはホテルにしたら差額は返金してくれました。部屋は8人部屋のドミでしたが3人しか客はいなく、きれいでタオルも毎日交換してくれました。歩いて数分の7th Heavenってレストランが美味しいです。電車のチケットも手数料なしで予約してくれました。

値段通り。。。

いくつか不備がありました。何週間も前から空港でのピックアップをメールで連絡していたのに、なかなか迎えが来ず電話をしたらタクシーの番号を言われました。メールで連絡したら、あと10分で行くので空港で待つようにと言われ、すごく不安でした。また、鍵が1つしかないので出かける際はフロントに鍵を預けるのですがそれも聞いてなくて出かける時に鍵を持って出てしまったら掃除がなく、受付の人には言ってなかったね〜だけ言われて終わりました。

Friendly Nam Hotel

While the interior of the room looked a bit shabby, everything else was great. We had a spacious room for two and liked the glimpses out over the water. The staff were fantastic, both reception and cleaning. Checking in and sorting out a tour was seamless.

해변에서 가깝고 위치가 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 영어 가능하며 친절합니다. 투어예약을 할 수 있어 편리합니다. 체크아웃 후에도 도미토리에 있는 샤워실을 사용할 수 있게 편의를 봐줍니다. 다만 객실 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라옵니다.

잘머물렀어요.

동허이에 숙소가 마땅치않아서.. 고민하다 선택했은데 너무 좋았어요. 도미토리가 엄청엄청 넓직하고요 세면도구도 일회용 늘 비치해두고. 직원도 친절하고 무엇보다 조식이 최고에요. 본전 뽑은듯? 투어도 합리적가격이구요 무조건 추천드립니당!

The staffs are very friendly. I stayed 8 beds dorm. The room has two toilets and showers. Very comfortable. No hot shower. Good location becaus it’s river side.

Perfect Experience

We booked this room for location to the caves. After booking I received an email that they actually do tours. Very easy and super affordable. I was traveling with 2 friends and we got a nice room with huge windows. I stayed at several hotels in Vietnam and this hotel by far made the trip. The tour guides were fantastic and the entire staff welcomed us with open arms. When we go back to visit the remaining caves we will absolutely be back.

Excellent cave tour, freindly but terrible hotel

We were expecting a budget hotel, but we were also expecting windows that shut and fitted and curtains. The electrics also looked dodgy, but at the price what do you expect? We decided to forfeit our pre-payed for room and go somewhere better but when we tried to do this they offered us an upgrade to their sister hotel, we felt guilty and accepted. Wish we hadn't, as had the worst stay of our life's. We were on the 3 floor and again the windows didn't fit and rattled all night as well as something metal banging on the roof, added to this the beds were really hard and their is limited hot water so I has a cold shower. We didn't get any sleep at all for 2 nights. When we checked out, we had to pay for what we thought was a free upgrade as well! Wish we had gone to a different hotel after all. The pluses are that they are very friendly and welcoming and they organise the best cave tours which was excellent and was the reason why we booked the hotel. We wouldn't stay here again and for just a couple of more pounds you can stay at a better hotel but I would definitely use them for the cave tours

The Stair Stepper Hotel.

Nam Long Hotel is a great value. Good quiet location, friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms all appear to have a opening window and some have balconies. The water tank and heater are located in the bathroom so no fight do not water. The water pressure in the sink was lacking, aside from that all was good. if you need an elevator stay at the Long Nam Plus. Breakfast is 50,000 Dong and you get a selection that is freshly prepared. Breakfast starts at 6AM to feed those with early excursions.
