I have stayed here before. The property is ok. Rooms are clean but not fancy. Reasonably close to things. Prices are fine but hotel is dated.

We only had 1 towelin our room, we requested a second one and the person at the desk said "you only have one towel" and I said yes, he then said " I will send someone to make sure you only have one towel" When the person arrived at our room they came in without knocking on the door. This made us feel very uneasy so we put our deadbolt on. Very sketchy place,avoid if you can.

Entry door to the room hard to operate. 6 trys to open it. The heater in the room kept cutting out. No wash cloths supplied. Room not properly cleaned.

The staff at this place was really rude. I had an issue with my reservacion. I was texting to get in contact with an agent from Orbitz and the staff at the hotel say that I needed to get out of the reception while I waited for orbitz to respond because he did not have all night to be waiting for me.

Was very bad. Cigarette smell all inside the room suffocating. Lots of noise throughout the night not letting me sleep. Beds were not cleaned properly. The washroom had the toilet paper hanger right in front of my left leg so had to squat in a cross position

Door to bathroom didn’t close. Fridge was unplugged and all the ice had melted before we arrived and gushed all over when we tried to use so no fridge. No extra pillows or blankets. Would have liked a hand towel in addition to face cloth and bath towel. Room smelled of smoke. Neighbours all smoking outside their rooms and that smoke comes in doors and windows.

Accommodation are Overy old ! The TV was not working ! No cable available or for a Veryl Very Short time ! Soap & Shampoo for only one person ! As we where two (2) ! General appearance as for the: - Paint of wall & Ceiling show it was done unprofessionly; - Ceiling was looking as it had leaking before & wasn’t repair professionnely; - The furniture was stain & Very Old ! Also, a homeless person was sleeping outside of our room, and for some time, as he had a bench & a matress, for what it seem a wile ! The only good point, was the "Bathroom" was very cilean.

Property is old and outdated just like the bed linen’s. The pillow cases were actual pillow covers. The traffic noise will keep you up all night. I didn’t see any bugs but felt like they were there. I think staying in a bus shelter would’ve been more comfortable.
