I lost the payment when I tried to change dates.

I booked and paid for two nights due to a doctor appointment away from my home. My doctor changed the date to a week and a half later. One week before the booked dates, I tried to change to the new dates, and they wouldn't allow it. They insisted that I must cancel without a refund and rebook. Don't believe their web page that says cancellations. I lost my payment. I now have a dispute filed with the credit card company—very dishonest hotel.

Me parece que el Hotel debe saber si la reserva está pagada desde el momento del check-in. Me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo y me querían cobrar otra vez por algo que ya había sido pagado por la empresa. Eso no es correcto y le resta puntos a la estadía. Y, aunque sí está super céntrico, para llegar luego no está tan fácil y el camino un poco solo.
