Fantastic location in central Brussel, easy to get to from the main stations, once there walking distance to most places, with sites, bars & restaurants close by. Staff were really friendly, check-in easy and luggage storage provided. It was quiet at night (inside), although became noisy from the street in the morning (we had to have the windows open for air flow).
The premium double room was ok, with en-suite & TV, although quite small and a little tired for the price(although Brussels accommodation is pricy, so possibly aligned with the market?). There was no air conditioning, but a (poorly functioning) fan was provided which just about took the edge off the stuffiness. There was no fan in the bathroom which wasn't great as it was internal with no window or air flow. The shelf above the bed made it difficult to avoid bumping your head.
Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly adequate, with cereals, fruits, salad, egg, cheese, salami and mini pastries. Milk could do with being in the fridge and better coffee would be nice.
