Service by the front desk was unprofessional. Refused to give additional towels for the room and staff just being unhelpful. Lobby is in a decrepit condition with no AC. Rooms are dated with outdated small tv.

O rapaz da recepção “Vinicios” não me atendeu bem. Primeiro estava conversando com o colega e não me deu atenção, dei boa noite e ele não viu/ouviu… Alguns segundos depois iniciei informando sobre minha reserva e ele usa a célebre frase: boa noite pra você também. Isso acabou com o meu restinho de dia/noite que já estava a mais de 7 horas em viagem. Enfim, depois disso foi só falando por cima dos ombros e com mal vontade, provavelmente ele não estava em um dia bom. Fora isso, o hotel é muito bom.

A esquipe da recepção foi impecável, educada e amei a água saborizada! O quarto é confortável. Mas a tv estava sem conexão e o banheiro não estava muito limpo. Sujeiras encrostadas pela parede e pelo ralo. O travesseiro é bem desconfortável e os cobertos estavam com cheiro desagradável.
