A number of light fixtures in our room were not working so the light was very dim. Some basics were not available in the room like there was no tissue box, no body lotion, no iron and ironing table. Also the shampoo and body wash bottle was empty, the hotel staff should’ve made sure to refill these after each guest. Their breakfast was okay.

Durumu bildirdiğimizde hemen odalarımızı değiştirdiler. 2. Geçtiğimiz odada sigara kokusu yoktu. Fakat yanımızdaki oda sigara içilmeyen odaydı fakat kalanlar sigara içtiği için bizi kokusu rahatsız etti. Otel yönetiminin bu gibi durumlar için önlem alması gerekiyor.
