I was really pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was, very spacious and well appointed with updated everything. The service was also excellent with housecleaning greeting us in the hallways and offering fresh towels, waters etc. The pool area was very nice and relaxing.

Nice hotel without having to deal with the chaos of the strip (if that's your business!) Cons are that it's a smoking casino and the coffee quality at the on-site café is really subpar so you have to get up and drive to pickup breakfast, but otherwise a nice, clean, spacious hotel for our family with plenty of free parking and easy access to the things we wanted to do in town.

First time at the M Hotel and was impressed with the ease of getting in and out using the valet service. Didn't have to walk a mile to get our car. Enjoyed the peacefulness of a not-so-crowded Hotel. Clean and new looking. Nice modern and comfortable rooms. Took advantage of the fitness room with plenty of of weight machines and free weights 💪

A little disappointed!

This stay I must say I was a little disappointed. Our cards kept demonizing so a few times we were locked out. The was really hard to operate. The front desk kept trying to process my payment on my debit card when I used my AMEX. On the plus side the hotel is immaculate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Always plenty of parking. The pool was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel and casino. Room was nice too but not cleaned well at all. Bathroom counter had not been wiped off and had a razor cover on counter from prior guest. We had a clogged sink that we called for them to clear while we were out but they did not...or they didn't do very well. Overall we would stay again but bring our own clorox wipes! Raiders tavern and grill had great food and was reasonably priced. Baby Cakes has excellent pastries and coffee too! GO CHIEFS ❤️💛

M Resort Casino is absolutely gorgeous, modern rooms, comfortable beds, every single staff member from the check-in counter all the way to housekeeping. I've stayed in plenty of Resort Casino hotels, but M Resort Casino tops them all, I've already reserved for my next trip to Nevada.
