A wonderful hotel in a great location with truly excellent staff. The room was well designed, spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The bed and bed linen were top quality, and breakfast absolutely superb.

I stayed in a single room called indian summer on the first floor. It had a 3/4 bed and was all i needed, a chair might have been nice but there wasnt room

Nice hotel but avoid basement rooms!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was served in a different hotel a few meters way and was very nice. Our biggest complaint was that our room was in the basement, below ground floor causing the air quality to be VERY poor. While there was a window, there was little to now actual airflow as there was a shaft more than 2 floors up to clean air. Would avoid this room (room was called Brighton) at all costs - I just didn’t have the budget to re-book another hotel, or I would have.

Just a shame the Hove room let in a lot of the noise from outside, wokr up in the middle of the night to shouting outside, then in the morning to a truck going past that sounded like an aeroplane taking of from inside. Would definitely visit again, but I'd request a different room.
