I was completely satisfied with everything and everyone at the hotel. They’re always cleaning, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel itself is accessible to many of the most popular landmarks. Would definitely stay here next time.

The lady at the concierge desk is so incredibly nice and very very helpful. I had a thousand questions and she answered all of them. The hotel is extremely accommodating. Be aware there are only stairs no elevator so if you have mobility issues. The rooftop Cafe where you can eat breakfast is really stunning with views of all the volcanoes.

The hotel was a comfortable stay overall. The staff were incredibly accommodating to any request we had and the food options were very good. The views from the restaurant up top are amazing and it is a good place to stay at overall. The only downside is that some of the rooms are a bit outdated so they sometimes smell, and the floors will have cracks in them. But as a whole, it was a pleasant experience.
