It is under remodeling but overall it was nice. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub and lazy river was great. Pool was cold. Breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed it. Room was clean but needed updating. I’d definitely stay here again. Staff made sure we was taken care of.

Nice hotel close to the island. The price was decent and the rooms were nice. Signs up everywhere that they were remodeling. The elevator closest to our room was out of order and there were no vending machines on our floor like the signs on the wall stated.

Nice place to stay. Right now they are doing remodeling to the hotel but that’s ok that’s a new upgrade as I see it. The location is just right in the middle of pigeon Forge you can walk 150 feet there’s the pancake house even though you get free breakfast at the hotel

Please finish your remodel

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. Its close to the island and many of the places we like to eat. For the last 2 years they have been remodeling but it appears it has gone no where. Their rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. This stay they offered breakfast, which we have never been offered. It was descent. I really just wish they would really work on their remodel.

I brought my two daughters and granddaughter for a few days away in Pigeon Forge. This is the second time staying at this hotel. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great! Even though they’re remodeling the hotel, we still had a great time and would stay here again.
