Newly refurbished but not fully prepared

Was a welcome stay when camping was no longer an option due to cold and windy weather. The bed and room were adequate and comfortable having been newly refurbished. But although it had a kitchenette, there were no dishes, utensils, or silverware available, forcing us to use our camping equipment. The breakfast bar was nice with waffles and biscuits, but lacked any fresh fruit.

Great hotel. Great staff. The hotel was currently being remodeled. We stayed in a remodeled room. It had a full sized fridge, stove and microwave. The location was good. Convenient to restaurants and gas. Also an easy drive to Painted Canyon.

Dont bother

The front desk help in the evenigs should be fired, terrible rude, refused to answer our call from the room. Took forever to check in. The morning staff was very helpful however. The breakfast was sparse. Our whole experience was not good

Good property and pleasant stay. Breakfast is good. We stayed in room 129 and our two gripes were: 1. The floor of the room had not been swept. It was gritty. 2. The shower floor was a little slick and there was no grab bar. The shower curtain was too long and partially covered the tub floor. If you stepped on it, you were on an ice rink.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. Unfortunately, there were parts of our room that looked damaged. The bathroom door in one of our rooms wouldn't shut. The floor was dirty. It looked like they recently tried making updates, but wasn't fully finished or wasn't done well. The breakfast area was very nice and spacious and had a good selection.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a little weird to find (a) the interior of the hotel on my floor and the main floor was still under construction and (b) the room had a laminate floor instead of carpet. This was not really a problem but I do not recall, in half a century, ever staying at a hotel room where there wasn't carpeting. It's helpful for noise reduction inside and outside the room. The parking lot was sort of half-paved and needed refinishing but other than that, it was a decent place for the price and I would choose it again next time I passed through that part of N.D.

Lots of remodeling happening at the hotel. If you want quiet b4 6p, it’s not the place to be. We have 2 dogs & was on the 3rd floor Lot of up & down. No hairdryer in the room. Glad I had mine. No lamp between the beds for reading. Only overhead lights. Overall, most likely a good place to stay if you are a local contract worker, construction employee or some industrial contractor. The breakfast area is nice, decent choices to eat. Shower was wonderful. Don’t think we will stay again as it’s not that pet friendly.

Would not recommend this property. Our family was passing through on a road trip so wanted a basic but clean hotel room to sleep for 8 hours and then be on our way. However, our room was very dirty. The entire floor was sticky, and there was a pile of hair and dust pushed against the wall. Like the cleaners forgot to pick it up after sweeping. I’m sure it had not been mopped. There was no soap in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to ask for this. Also no shampoo, no bedside lamp, dent in bathroom door, towels had stains on them, and the middle part of window screen had been torn out. The front desk staff were great, room was not.
