Stayed 2 nights on business. Young man at front desk is super nice. BUT..Twice in one day, housekeeping would knock on the door and enter with their keys if you didn't answer the door in time, then act surprised like you weren't supposed to be in the room, trying to ask in English if you need fresh towels.
At 7:23pm...I'm in the bath tub. Housekeeping is knocking again! I answer the door in my towel just before she lets herself in! She says ..oh im sorry, I'm sorry, like she was surprised that I was in my room. I do wonder if she entered my room when I wasn't here all day. Im glad to check out in the morning and I will not stay here again.
*Important side note morning I checked out:
The "guest services" book, usually sitting out on a desk outlining hours, policies, area dining, etc., was located in the bedside table drawer. I never look in the drawers. That's where it mentions, we should put out the "Do not disturb" sign on the door if we don't want housekeeping. REALLY!!??
