食事のバイキング形式は結構だとは思いますが、せめて料理の前に並ぶ時は、一定方向へ並べるように整備して頂きたいです 料理を取りに行って、一旦料理をテーブルに置いて、お水を取りに行って戻ってきてビックリ！全て片付けられていました それも1回の食事中に2度も・・・ 回転させたい気持ちや、早く仕事を終わらせたい気持ちも分かりますが、食事している人の身にもなって頂きたいものです スタッフの制服はマチマチで、統一感は感じられませんでした

部屋や、温泉には問題が無いが、食事があんまりだった、動画や口コミなどを見て期待しすぎたかもしれないが、期待外れだった。 数が少ないように思えた、あと楽しみにしていたモンブランが無かったがっかりだった。

広々としたフロアやラウンジでリッチ感を味わえました。何よりお料理がどれをとっても美味しくて大満足でした。3人での利用で１人はソファーベットの使用でしたが掛け布団とシーツが別々でセッティングされているため、寝返りの度ズレが生じ寝にくいのが難点でした。後、ラウンジにもう少しテーブルを設置してもらえたら嬉しかったかもです。

同ホテルの八ケ岳が良かったのでみなべに泊まりましたが驚きました。 とても同じグループとは思えませんでした。 1.和室の寝具　敷布団なく、マットレスに敷布を引くのみ→硬くて畳で寝ているのと変わらない 元々腰を痛めていたので、翌朝、かなり腰が痛がった 部屋があまりにレトロ よもやのユニットバス 2.ブッフェ　人手が足りないのか、補充がなかなかされない ほとんどの人が一生懸命頑張っていましたが、 対面で料理を提供する人が、何か言われるのが嫌なのか、顔を合わせようとせず、常に横か後ろを向いていた。とても残念 3.23時で風呂が終わりは聞いたことがない 22時30分頃から掃除を始め、23時には出て行ってくれと、なかなか言われることはない 他に言い方があると思う ボディソープのポンプも壊れていた ダイワロイヤルの全面リニューアルと思っていましたが、そうではなかったのですね。 事前調査不足でした。 とにかく残念。

部屋数に対してエレベーターが少なく、終始混雑する。温泉も合宿に来たようで、人がたくさんいて芋を洗うような感覚に陥り、銭湯に来ている感覚だった。 　ビュッフェも時間を分けているのだが非常に混雑、どこに並べばいいのか分からないような形でホテルのシステムが悪いと感じた。 　ラウンジでお酒を飲めるはいいのだが、それに対して料金が上がっているように感じ、お得感はなかった。
