Excellent hôtel en général. Souvent un ascenseur en panne sur les deux. C’est un peu désagréable. Chambre plutôt au calme en temps normal sauf si vous avez la chambre à proximité du monte-charge du seul ascenseur valide. Petit dejeuner bien copieux Le Personnel est très accueillant et gentil avec les clients.

Personnel très souriant et accueillant. Hôtel, chambres super propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Franchement rien a redire. Nous avions une chambre familiale (spacieuse avec une grande salle de bains). Parking payant sécurisé à côté de l'hôtel. Petite terrasse extérieure pour prendre le petit déj, agent de sécu la nuit., station de métro du Prado à 5 minutes à pied pour aller au vieux port. Vraiment le top du top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Equipe de nuit très serviable et agréable. Par contre, le stationnement proposé par l'hôtel dans un parking est rapidement complet et la climatisation existante de la chambre était "plafonnée" sur un week-end de canicule...

Great location and that is the reason why it is overpriced. I paid an arm to stay here just one night for a concert, but it was great for me as I’m solo. I’d never pay that much to stay here otherwise as it does not match the price. Clean, friendly staff which is lovely. No easily accessible food places close by. Room is quiet though which was a pleasant surprise.
