The staff & service workers are very helpful & friendly. Especially the security guide, he took care of our luggage after we checked out and also helped us to load them when the coach arrived at the Hotel. The only feedback is the room's bathroom needs maintenance – The shower area was flooded when we first used, though they came after we called at night and cleared very quickly. Bathroom also shows signs of mould and water stains. In addition, the small fridge was faulty, our sandwiches were stale as we did not know it was not working.

Smooth check-in and check-out..room is clean but no plastic for dustbin..aircond, tv, bidet, plug points all good condition..the price for room and breakfast is too pricey for 3 star hotel and have to walk to Hatten Hotel for having breakfast.
