Very clean environment. Sea view rooms are enormous. The staff is great. Perfect location. 3 bad things - no hot water , the elevator does not work and they could tone down the music. Music starts blaring loud at 0800 AM and gets turned off at 1100 PM .

Aunque seas huésped en el hotel, te cobran a parte si te quieres sentarte en la playa y tocar la arena $500 pesos por día, Si quieres que te pongan una sombrilla y mesa en la playa te cobran 500 extras. Coloque una maleta pequeña en una de estas mesas “reservadas” y el Sr. Genaro Arroyo sin preguntar o sin pedir autorización, la agarro y la retiró de mesa, sin ninguna cortesía o amabilidad. No hay ningún camastro sobre la arena…

todo bien, todo el personal muy amable, entiendo que por los estragos de los huracanes aun hay areas que están en reparación, creo que podrían ser mas cuidadosos con el entorno, hay mucha basura entre la arena de la playa, en la parte de afuera, en los lotes baldíos que están a los costados y en el estacionamiento tener mas ordenado por que da mal aspecto

Playa excelente. Habitación a cuarto piso y elevador fuera de servicio desde tres meses. La música alrededor de la piscina creaba un ambiente de bar, que era lo que estábamos tratando de evitar al salir de la ciudad.

Buen lugar con sus excepciones.

Es un buen lugar, lamentablemente no funcionaba el elevador y las escaleras no contaban con suficiente iluminación. Además poner la basura en la entrada del hotel da muy mal aspecto. Nunca nos resolvieron el agua caliente de la regadera. Los costos de los alimentos me parecen excesivos con la calidad de los mismos. Ojalá puedan mejorar.

Hotel pequeño, pero muy limpio, personal amable y servicial, ubicación muy alejada y por lo tanto lugar súper tranquilo. Buena comida. Ya habia venido antes de Otis y estaba muy bien equipado. Ahora las habitaciones carecen de mobiliario, solo camas, tv y los enseres del baño, me dijeron que el huracán se habia llevado todo. Pero me dio la impresión de que por ser ahora pet friendly, han disminuido los muebles en las habitaciones. No me gustó que se sacrifique la comodidad de los huéspedes sin mascotas; en todo caso, preparen habitaciones con mascotas y sin mascotas. La falta de mobiliario en las habitaciones es el único punto en contra.
