Good location with plenty of restaurants as well as pep boys and Midas within walking distance. Dollar general and auto parts stores are close also. And most importantly a primanti bros .3 miles from it too. Was a 30 - 40 minute drive to Pitt university I would stay again if I ever needed to visit Pittsburgh again

Nice motel! Clean, safe, great condition. Interior courtyard, close to places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay there again. But, it’s byo shampoo which caught me off guard. Yes,I would recommend.

The room was inexpensive and looked like it typical Motel there's some creepy long-term people staying there the office attended was very rude and if I hadn't already booked the room I would have gone somewhere else

Great budget motel

This is an older, small, privately owned motel in the outer suburbs of Pittsburgh. It's not glitzy or glamorous so you probably wouldn't want to stay in there all day long, but it's a very decent place to stay when you just need a room to sleep in at night. And the price is hard to beat, it's far, FAR cheaper than the chain hotels in the more central parts of town. It's a great budget motel so you can save your money for actual fun things during the day.

Great place ....Very clean and updated...room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. If you are just looking for a place to sleep at night, you can't beat this place for the price. Friendly service...safe parking inside the courtyard parking lot. Nice area with mall near by and fast food places. Don't let the low price scare you. I would stay here again.

No complaints

The price compared to other motels near downtown can not be beat, even on a holiday weekend. All rooms were filled during my stay and the room was still very quiet. There is a bus line to downtown right outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and towels. Great for spontaneous trips to Pittsburgh. Word of advice: bring your own shampoos and soaps, there is a Dollar General in walking distance if needed as well. 10/10

This hotel is the best maintained that I have ever encountered. Family owned & operated. High quality finish to every room, bathroom and furnishings. NO noise from the street and NO highway nearby to add to the "din". Quality fellow occupants of other rooms too. Just lacked a box of tissues anywhere in room. Highest Recommendation !!

Very clean. Room floors, bathroom, beddings and towels are fresh and clean. Very good place to stay. You would never find anything that good for such a low price! Frendly and helpful office person Mr Patel was just great in customer service. I wish others would learn how to maintain property in this condition and keep affordable prices. Despite very frustrating experience with Expedia app errors and totall inability (or just lack of knowledge how) of agents to solve easiest issues, motel itself is over beyond my expectations! I am sure I will be staying there my next visiting in Pittsburgh

Got to the hotel, checked in. was fast and friendly. room had an off smell to it, but it went away after an hour or so (may have been chemical from cleaning? not sure) all the parking spot near our room were marked no parking, (even thouogh there were cars parked in them ) so we had to park across the lot and carry everything to the room (noted this on expedia's review that night) next morning i went to get ice and a Man came up yelling at me about my review ( I was told he was the owner, but not sure. So then some one told me the parking spots in front of the rooms are kept for the owner and his family, It was a nice room, pretty clean but I doubt if i would stay here again with this owner who thinks its fine to yell at customers.
