Very accommodating staff, rooms were small but updated, good water pressure, great location, close to town, but a bit of a downfall as it’s on a steep hill, makes walking difficult & it has a great view until all the cars are parked. Was very quiet even though it was very busy. Would stay again!

Obviously well cared for small motel. Unfortunately they used cheap materials in the inside renovations so the floors in both rooms we stayed in recently were deteriorating. The staff were very professional and efficient - check in was pleasant and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Just a quick stay for 2 nights. Decent hotel, clean and checkin was easy and staff was friendly. Parking lot is steep and tight. A bit expensive in my opinion but town was busy and not a lot of availability. A bedside lamp would be nice to have. Had to use the main room light so it’s either full bright or full dark. No in between.

The location and view is nice! It’s ok for 2 nights stay. However, they need to clean the rooms properly. Electricals are substandard. I booked the 2 bedroom family suite. Both two rooms have only one switch for the lights. You cannot use the night light only, it’s all connected together. When turn on the main switch in both rooms every light will turn on as well. It would be nice to put a sturdier sofa bed in the small living room. The electric stove provided doesn’t work properly.

My husband and I stayed for one night while visiting Powell River. We had our dog with us. The room is clean, the location is close to restaurants / shops. The staff is friendly. We got a pet friendly room and the pet fee is very reasonable, extra $15 which is lower than most places !! It's a 5 min walk from the ferry terminal too which is a plus ! You can also take a nice beach walk since it's close to Willingdon beach.
