Wonderful stay with an ocean view room with a jacuzzi. I could not figure out to use the jacuzzi and they called maintenance right away to come and fix it and show us how to use it. We enjoyed the treats of cookies and chocolate. Thanks so much!

Solid property. Dated in some regards, but solid nonetheless. Modest gym and spa. Roof top pool was good. Room was good . Had a connecting suite for the kids that worked out great. Breakfast included was worth it. No surprise but we were not near Copacabana or Ipanmema, so the daily 40 to 1hr uber to site see was a bit much, but again expected. With a family it may be best to be away from the hustle and bustle of Copacabana area. Great time ovwrall. Hotels description on most sites were accurate. They are always anomalies to the good and bad. Our experience was mostly good. Cheers!

Pedimos quartos no mesmo andar, uma vez que havia enviado desde a reserva que era uma viagem de amigas e ele simplesmente disse NAO. Foi rude e ríspido. Além disso, pegamos toalha de piscina e recebemos um bilhete pouco amigável ffalando que iam cobrar 50 dolares se nao devolvessemos a toalha aquele dia (sendo que a do dia anterior ficou no quarto e o pessoal da limpeza recolheu). Como se estivessemos roubando uma simples toalha de piscina. Café da manhã delicioso.
