Great setting and confirmable beds. Toilets and showers were adequate and all clean. However none of the food prep. equipment advertised in the listing were available to us. There are only some public seating area, but no sink or cooking utensils making the only viable food option to be the restaurant on site.

Could not sleep people outside by the fire all night being extremely loud, they don’t enforce the quiet hour. And you can hear the road noise since it’s right next to a major UTv trail. There’s no AC m the unit so it’s hot. The stuff to play with outside is mostly broken. They didn’t have a key for us to lock up so we had to leave our stuff unsecured in the wagon. It’s a fun idea for a place but not being able to sleep for $300 a night is bad

one night in a wagon

We had a severe thunder/wind storm roll through and thankfully the tents and wagon handle it with no problems. We ended up using the furnace during the night and it worked great. The restaurant onsite Campfire Grill was delicious ( very good). We had dinner and breakfast there. It was fun staying in the wagons and the beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a great time, and would highly recommend it.
