Okay is my rating. Beautiful neighborhood but Flow is off a Main Street making it a noisy stay. Large room with windows that open. Pics look better than in person. I give this a 3.5 out of 5.

we had such a lovely time at flow condesa. the neighborhood is ideal and convenient. the staff were so friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. can't wait to stay there again :)

Amenities are bare minimum, elevator has a mind of its own. Energy went out for a full day, had to bring luggage down the stairs from a third floor. Location was great, staff courteous. Bathroom and shower don’t have privacy, and are up a step rather high - not ideal for an elder person. Floor in shower extremely slippery. Had to put towels on floor while showering to avoid falling. Too expensive for what you get.

This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator scary & slow, there is no safety sensor on it so it will close on body parts. The bar/restaurant on the roof of the hotel never opened during our 3 days stay. Overall I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another hotel but more like a 6/10 hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Provided towels, robes, and free clean drinking water. Free breakfast included coffee, tea, toast, yogurt, fruit, fresh juice, and a hot daily special (made to order). On a quiet residential street, easy walk to lots of cafes, bars, etc. Would stay here again!

Second time have used this hotel for business travel in Mexico. The location is fantastic for restaurants, it is close to the museum of anthropology and parque espana / parque Mexico. Rooms spacious, clean and relatively well equipped. A kettle in the room would be nice though. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really liked this hotel, its price and location. However, the breakfast was extremely basic, and the noise isolation wasn’t the best, lots going on on the main road that sits in front of the hotel, you can hear steps above and outside the room, and the pigeons that start making noises as soon as the sun comes up.

Good and Bad Things

Hotel is very nice/new, especially after the renovation and the new art galery in the first floor. Location is excellent and overall staff is great. Only 2 bad things would be noise (you can hear cars and parties) and one girl out of the 3 front desk employees, she wasn't nice with me and my family (her name is Diana).
